Mr. Bradley has over 40 years of experience in the mental health field as a clinician and manager. He received his Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine University in 1985. In his capacity at College Health Enterprises, he has been instrumental in the growth of the Outpatient Psychiatric Services in all four hospitals under the College Health umbrella. Increasing the number of outpatient programs to 10 in LA and Orange County.

Warren Bradley returned to College Hospital Costa Mesa in 1996 as Program Director of the Aneheim Partial Hospitalization Program. He had previously worked from 1990 to 1992 as the Program Director for the inpatient adolescent unit at CHCM. He was promoted to Vice President Outpatient Psychiatric Services with College Health Enterprises in 2008. Then in March 2023, he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer at College Hospital Costa Mesa.
