Image of Warren Bradley Warren Bradley returned to College Hospital Costa Mesa in 1996 as Program Director of the Anaheim Partial Hospitalization Program. He had previously worked from 1990 to 1992 as the Program Director for the inpatient adolescent unit at CHCM. He was promoted to Vice President Outpatient Psychiatric Services with College Health Enterprises in 2008.

Mr. Bradley has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field as a clinician and manager. He received his Masters in Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine University in 1985. In his capacity at College Health Enterprises he has been instrumental in the growth of the Outpatient Psychiatric Services of both College Hospital in Cerritos and College Hospital Costa Mesa. He has responsibility of ten outpatient sites in which he oversees all clinical and financial aspects of the programs. This includes but is not limited to Utilization Review, Performance Improvement, Transportation and Environment of Care. Mr. Bradley has overseen numerous surveys for Behavioral Accreditation from the JCAHO. The programs provided needed psychiatric care to over 500 patients with a variety of diagnosis.

Mr. Bradley is professionally affiliated with the Association of Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare.
